Resources

Listed below are some of the more common resources I share with clients. If you are looking for a resource not listed there, please reach out and I would be happy to help point you in the right direction.

Astrology • Kristen Masi

Kristen is a mentor and Certified Astrologer with Debra Silverman Astrology and runs her own private practice offering natal chart readings and ongoing coaching services. Astrology gives us a language to better understand ourselves, others and the collective and is an incredible tool to use alongside therapy.

Let’s connect and discover what cycles you are currently in and how you can use those to guide your healing journey.

Ketamine Therapy • Jen Taylor

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is for individuals who have struggled with long-term mental health concerns and their accompanying physical and emotional symptomatology. It is not a first line solution, but rather an option for those of whom other treatment modalities have proved ineffective. Research has shown statistically significant results for KAP in reducing depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and other symptoms related to trauma, chronic stress, and addiction.

Somatic Healer • Stephanie Somatics

Stephanie Somatics is a body-focused mental-health practitioner. She blends somatic psychology with her own intuition and flavor to help guide clients towards themselves and healing. She teaches and lives this practice, using this skill to continue listening and learning about how better to connect and deepen the client-practitioner relationship. She believes our bodies hold deep innate wisdom, and are always trying to guide us home to ourselves. Her goal is to walk alongside clients, helping them discover their own bodies’ natural wisdom
